CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that a cancellation fee applies to appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise; however, late cancellations limit our ability to accommodate other clients and impact our ability to provide timely care for all our patients. A $50 cancellation fee will be charged directly to your account.

To avoid this fee, we kindly ask that you contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Our team is happy to assist you in finding an alternative time that fits your schedule.
